Hales Corners Lions Club
"We
Serve"
Serving
Hales Corners, Wisconsin
Since 1956
One of the largest fund raising events for the club is the Annual Christmas Tree Sale.
The Hales Corners
Lions Club has been selling Christmas Trees since the 1950’s and has always
sold them in the same location since then. That location?
The shopping center in Hales Corners on Highway 100, on the East side of
Highway 100, just south of Grange Avenue.
Christmas Tree sale begins the Thanksgiving weekend.
Hours are noon to 9 on weekdays and 9-7 on weekends.
Types of trees include Fraser Fir and
Balsam.
Sizes range from 5' to 10'.
Larger trees are available if you call before September 15th.
Call Jim Bain –
414-529-4577 – jbain@wi.rr.com - for more information
about ordering larger trees.
We provide excellent trees and the profits earned from this
event
are all donated to local supported needs.
The Annual Easter Egg Hunt and Pancake Breakfast
Behind the middle school, the Lions spread hay and hay bales for sitting.
We spead xxxx eggs around the hay, in trees, etc.
There are special silver and gold plastic eggs with special prizes for the children that find the plastic eggs.
The children are allowed into the hay area at 9am to find as many eggs as they can.
After the egg hunt the Lions serve a Pancake Breakfast for the kids and their parents –
In the middle school lunch room.
There are a couple pictures here, but many more in our Pictures Pages.
Join us in spring – bring your children, grand children and
great grand children….
A great time sharing experience….
